I have finished my AA degree. Now i have planned on taking appraisal classes in the fall. I know that i have to have about a year of classes. Then, I have to find a Real estate appraiser to train under for 2500 hours. The training will be doing apraisals for the trainer. What kind of money will i make working for someone. Will i get a percentage of the appraisals? Do you think i will be about to average 5 appraisals a week. I will be working in the state of arkansas.
