Question by gotmini02: My ? about “Project Payday” got flagged yday. (Probably by someone who is profiting from this it). Who r they?
Have they answered any questions you have posted on “Yahoo Answers”? Here is how the operate: you ask a question on “Yahoo Answers” related to financial hardship, budgeting, or in my case, about filing for bankruptcy. “They”(the people working for Project Payday) respond to your question posing as happy users of Project Payday when in fact they are soliciting us! “They” tell us to follow a link to visit their website(Project Payday) while promising it will make us easy money. “They” use fake yahoo profiles and even tell us if we have any questions to just email them. Ha! Problem is, you can’t email them. Why? Because the profile “they” set up does not allow them to receive emails. Are you all getting the picture? “They” make their money based on how many of us “they” can lure to the “Project Payday” website using their own link. That link is very specific so “they” make a percentage of money when we sign up. HOW MANY TIMES HAVE “THEY” CONTACTED YOU? I have been solicited by “them” 3 times already. BEWARE!!!

Technically it isn’t solicitation since the people you are referring to are just answering a question that you decided to place onto Yahoo! Answers.
That’s the whole point of a website like this. You ask something because you need information and the vast amount of members out there answer. In most cases, due to the large pool of knowledge, there is usually someone who can actually answer you or give some good advice. That’s they the whole best answer option exists. If you find that some particular advice was good then make it the best answer on your question and leave a comment as to why.
The question and answers provided in turn help many others who search the database when they have issues. But if there is an answer that you consider to be “solicitation” or not helpful then there is still no need to get worked up about it. Someone else might find it helpful or if it is truly solicitation then it should be removed by the Yahoo! Answers community or ignored.
In regards to Project Payday, I have answered questions about if it actually makes money. I have also left a link to the site for others to look at. It isn’t solicitation if it in response to legitimate questions having to do with the service.
By the way, it does work. I have made money with it myself. Here’s a link if you would like further information as to how it works:

The Catholic Church and the author Winston Kayanan from the Philippines seemed to agree that what our Lord Jesus Christ spoke of in the Coming of Son of Man was a major important event, i.e., the end of the world or the rupture of destiny which has not happened yet (New Testament). No one knows when this will come, even Jesus Christ himself. We, Catholics, recite the gospels of the ‘Coming’ in Mark 13: 24, Matthew 24: 29 & Luke 21: 25 every year (interchangeably), particularly on the first day of advent, not knowing really what this is all about.
Since the author Winston believed that he was able to unravel the codes & subsequently interpret Daniel’s 4-beast vision perfectly & accurately in just 2 minutes on June 28, 2004 (pertaining to the 4 councils of the United Nations before they officially became 5 councils in 2006), there was an appointed time of the end in Daniel 12: 4 & 12: 9 (interpreted by the author as judgment period) which is not mentioned in Daniel 7. Although the author had connected Daniel 12 (as Part 2) to Daniel 7 (Part 1), he presumed that this completed his interpretation of the 4-beast. In this vein, the author calculated that God’s judgment period would commence on November 29, 2009 & end on January 10, 2010, a 45-day time (based on 1,335 days minus 1,290 days). Unfortunately it did not happen and as a consequence, many thought that the predictions or revelations of the author were all a hoax.
A week before judgment was calculated to happen, the author was directed by God to read Habakkuk 2: 2 to 4, informing that there will be a delay but will be fulfilled in due time. This justified the author’s failed calculation of the ‘appointed time’ that was meant to be delayed. Why? God knew that the author was only given with messages in the Old Testament but did not receive yet the gospels of Jesus Christ in the New Testament. And so God showered or stormed the author to read & understand exclusively the passages pertaining to the Coming of the Son of Man in January to February 2010 (coming from Mark 13:24, Matthew 24: 29 & Luke 21: 25, 2 Thessalonians 1 & 2, Ezekiel 39 17 to 21, Romans 16: 17 to 27, Psalm 101 [100] and Revelation 19: 11 to 21). The author then perceived & realized that the appointed time of the end is the Coming of the Son of Man, the time in which the Almighty God will give absolute authority & power to our Lord Jesus Christ to execute His will (i.e., the 45-day judgment period in Daniel 12).
God sent another message to the author to read John 15:26 to 16: 15 which speaks of the Helper. The Catholic Church & Bible experts already know that the Helper is absolutely the Holy Spirit. But in this passage, it has a special meaning. Jesus Christ outlined 4 responsibilities that the Holy Spirit will do, i.e., generally geared towards the disclosure of actual events & characters in connection with the ancient truth that was kept secret which the world did not receive. In so doing, the Spirit can only function using a mortal man. The mortal man can be tried & persecuted while the Spirit could not, neither can be blamed or reveled from the actions of the chosen mortal man. Analyzing this passage deeply, the responsibilities spoken by Jesus Christ have already been completed by the mortal man whereby these pertain to, among others: the citation of carbon emission reduction as fraud (i.e., based on false science) in misdirecting the world against global warming & climate change (formerly spearheaded by UNEP that was assumed by UNFCCC). In other words, this passage is like a performance appraisal as basis of the Helper’s & the mortal man’s accomplishments.
The truth behind the coming is that God sent a solution to address global warming & climate change but UN & world leaders ignored & rejected this for 3 ½ years (from December 2002) which insulted God because man made His creations an imperfect world. Then God sent His word (Daniel) that is interlinked with the solution but still the world ignored & resisted for another 3 ½ years (from mid 2006) which further insulted God from man’s total disobedience & lesser in faith. If God will not intervene, man will completely destroy His creations. Now, God is finally closing His ancient 7-year divine plan.
Since the author had disseminated his theological version of Daniel’s 4-beast vision dubbed as world’s 3rd interpretation with own comments to inform the world of its sins & mistakes by which repliers can assail & criticize, the casts involved are, namely: UNEP (as the short horn); ECOSOC (as the 4th beast); FAO, WHO & WMO (as the 3 fallen kings); and, the Human Rights Council (as the abominable idol) in Daniel 7 as Part 1. And in Daniel 12 as Part 2, the author also raised the things to come which will be the Appointed Time of the End (a.k.a. the Coming of the Son of Man) as the immediate. Daniel’s prophecy of 70 weeks will follow as Part 3 that is intended for the recovery & transition period with renewal of covenan
